"Feminist punk rock band Womantra dives right into the issues with its debut EP "Stand Up!" The entire album is charged, including the first song "Body Conscious" which brings up misogyny, the patriarchy and body acceptance over scratchy guitar melodies and quirky synth riffs. Things slow down later on songs like "Beach Balloon" and "Don’t Fear."
